Cruise Killer Marsha Danny Jones Thrillers (Audible Audio Edition) Ken Rossignol George Ridgeway Kenneth C Rossignol Books

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this wasn't a very good book. It's obvious that the author has been on cruises and wrote with knowledge to that extent, but that is probably the nicest thing I can say. The whole story comes to a close in the last few pages. We know nothing about the murderer, the motive for the murders, or the little old lady who came to the rescue. I'm sorry that I wasted my time with this one. ) :

Cruise Killer Marsha Danny Jones Thrillers (Audible Audio Edition) Ken Rossignol George Ridgeway Kenneth C Rossignol Books Reviews

This presents a great amount of suspense. But, it may make you decide not to go on that long awaited cruise. It is an easy read. The story line is well developed and the book is difficult to put down. I recommend it to all.
I have been on many cruises and thankfully missed this one!!! Although there are many deaths, we only see the results and don't suffer through the actual killings. Thank goodness Danny and Marsha were there. I enjoyed the book and am looking forward to more of Aunt Gussie.
Some one is going around murdering passengers on a cruise liner, Sea Empress. By the time the ship is headed back to the port of call 9 people have been murdered, including 2 FBI agents. Marsha and Danny Jones are head of security for the cruise liner but can do little to stop the murderer. Interesting characters in this novella! Terrifying vacation for the passengers but most of them enjoy it!
I've read several of Rossignol's books, and the Marsha and Danny Jones thrillers are some of my favorite. They're all so entertaining and Marsha and Danny are such characters between their personalities and antics. This is the fifth l book in the series and I've really enjoyed seeing them catch the killer. Rossignol's books are always very fast paced and action packed--I couldn't recommend them enough, but definitely start at the beginning of this series if you haven't read them yet.
Couldn't resist using one of the characters' own words in this madcap romp aboard a cruise ship on the high seas as a serial killer tests what kind of metal comprise ace detectives Marsha & Danny Jones. Has some humorous passages I enjoyed like, ' "I was just thinking how lucky I am to be able to have dinner with my favorite husband and my favorite author." " I am your only husband." "Yes, dear. so far." and "Nick Charles the Third is there to solve murders, not be murdered...Which is what would happen if Melanie caught him cheating." Good, clean suspense book that made for a quick read.
I go on about one cruise a year and it's interesting how that cruise ship becomes your "community" for that week. The idea of setting up a story with a serial killer on board a ship is genius and author Ken Rossignol's "Cruise Killer" was a fun mystery read with some diverse and fascinating characters, just as you would find on a real ship. This particular ship has a special guest list of authors, critics and a token country music star on board, which makes the story much more colorful. The main characters, Marsha and Danny, have their work cut out for them in catching a killer and this is akin to a delightful floating game of Clue. Definitely recommend this one.
Murders occurring aboard a cruise ship...interesting? You bet it is and this author has written a great murder mystery thriller, occurring aboard the cruise ship "Sea Empress".

In what unsual ways did the victims die and what calling cards did the killer leave behind? Do the official murder investigators Danny, Marsha or even Kevin solve these murders? What about country music superstar Clint Crosby -- how does he fit into this case of intrigue? Would whole 'author societies' and 'book reviewing societies' actually be at suspicion for these murders (especially key members of them like O' Leary or Longsworth)? Was the killer only one of female victims or were male victims also involved and were any of them tortured? What in the world would 'show dancers' or 'Lonely Heart's Clubs' have to do with the mystery?

Do these sound like questions that might add suspense or thrill to this well-written murder mystery? If you answered "yes", then you're right because they certainly do. Author - Ken Rossignol has written this very well constructed mystery-thriller, with lots of very well developed characters to keep the reader interested on his/her journey to the story climax! He also throws a few twists and turns into the story, that bring the reader right back to the main plot. Could one of these turns in the story actually have something to do with "a guardian angel"? Well, that's just one more question among the others I have posed, that you will have to find the answers to yourself, by getting Ken's book. You will not be disappointed!
I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this wasn't a very good book. It's obvious that the author has been on cruises and wrote with knowledge to that extent, but that is probably the nicest thing I can say. The whole story comes to a close in the last few pages.
